You do know Spurs have won this competition twice before & a cup winners cup which is the only thing you have won in Europe
I know it was before the 92/93 season which is the year football was invented according to most so doesn't count in most people's eyes.......

I’m sorry but this talk of winning the league with a “low points” total is absolute garbage to me.

You either win it or you don’t. I’ve seen the same talk around Napoli as well. If they collect the 3pts on Friday they’d have won the title with 82pts. People pointing out it’s a low points total, Napoli play bad football, they don’t score enough etc etc.

If anything, to me, it actually rubber stamps how great of an achievement their title win would be.

I mean these men got Spinazzola playing LW. Juan Jesus playing 35% of the games in Serie A and Scotty as a potential league MVP.

10 years from now no one remembers the points total. They just remember who won the league.

Look at the players they brought in and ask yourself if any of them would get into the Inter side bar Buongiorno and maybe Scottie.

Inter have easily had the best squad in Italy for the past 4 seasons.

Lukaku is on his last legs. Neres has been injured a good chunk of the season, Okafor was barely getting minutes at Milan. Billing is Billing. Gilmour’s not that guy.

Atalanta, Juve and Inter and dare I say Milan all have better and deeper squads than Napoli.

I stand on it that this will be Conte’s finest title achievement if/when he brings it over the line.

Conte had the 2nd most money spent in Napoli's transfer history. He's had no Europe so he basically had free week of training and players resting. While other team players were coming off Euros and Copa's and then playing in extended CL campaign. That Napoli squad underperformed last season. They were champs 2 years ago.

Juve squad is not better. It's a bunch of Twinks. Atalanta squad works because of the system in place. Look at whose left and how have those players performed. Milan's squad has names but it's not a team. Napoli's midfield defecates on Milans alone. Don't even get me started on them basically having the multiples of the same player upfront. Morata/Tammy/Jovic/Gimenez.

Who knew an experienced Serie A defender would excel under Conte. Mindblown.

Spend doesn’t equate with quality. You can buy a lot of mid players. As a United fan I know this all too well. Which of those players are getting into Inter’s squad?

System or not. Atalanta was firmly in the shout for the title. They got dumped out of UCL and only had the league to focus on, too. But once they lost to Inter at Bergamo they mentally collapsed.
