honestly looking long term for England making the top 4 in the WC(by draw anytime they playeda quality team they lost) is gonna be something that ends up catching up to the young English players who are gonna be under even more pressure than before.
let's be honest they made the top 4 by pure luck, anytime they played a quality team in either international tournament European or sc they lost. the media is gonna be like the Mexican one inflating mediocre player like Ali,RLC ,Lingaard etc and in the next tournament they may not get that lucky draw and get exposed to their real level.
yea England has some decent players but England if other nation has all their players they may not even be a top 4 team in europe
Croatia is the same thing but they do have some real world class players unlike England but they humble people and they not gonna over inflate their team.

also winning u20/17 the same thing , that doesn't mean they all gonna translate that to high level football if not Nigeria Argentina etc would have a few world cups.
it's good that they get used to winning at an early age but the job of these levels is to "create" players for the actual real deal high level football. at under 20/17 physicalaty between some players is HUGE because they still kids growing into a mans body. in the top level only a handful of players beast physically over their professional peers plus the tactical and experience level of playing against 30 year old man is much different than playing against a young 19 year old who has speed but nothing else
