Selfishly I do want him in the Prem cause I think it will only make him better and that benefits us but he’s already elite and world class. But I’m really not trying to hear about wages, he’s available, gettable and worth every penny and I can’t fault him for saying pay me what I’m worth

There’s smarter ways to build the squad and we might not even do that much
