They got different modes. Team death match and cops vs robbers and all that. So the teams will always be split even

The point (or another point) of the crews is missions. You can have online missions with 16 people pulling off heists together or other shyt. Or 6 people with another 6 free roaming. Or 16 free roaming and just fukking up shyt together

Death match is only one of many online games you can play

forgot about the supposed 16 player vs cpu heists
