From what I read, (havent done it). When joining online you make an invite only lobby. Then invite all from crew. The problem is these dudes don't accept. So instead of being in an empty lobby, I just join lobbies where other Coli members are.
So far havent done anything with the crew. But I had no mic. Should be good tonight
