I just respawned in front of my car which some dude just stole it. I was . Luckily he didn't go far cause he was 3 stars with the cops. So he's across the street and I start running. I pull out my pistol and blast this guy through the windshield. Didn't even get a star for killing a guy in front of popo.

No. Basically with 15 mil ppl trying to log on at the same time, this game may be unplayable all weekend
