As long as you don't create a new character, your dude should be back when the cloud is up and running.

The good thing is that R* has logs of every dollar your character has made and everything you've purchased. So it'll be easy for them to restore anything you've lost if they decide to do that.

My character hasn't deleted. Ever. Not once. It's probably because I don't panic and make a new character when the servers are fukking up

That has never happened to me. And I truly don't think R* has any solution in the foreseeable future for this problem. They have not mentioned any real progress on it

My character isn't there but not even solo mode works. That's happened in the past, when the servers come on everyones shyt will be back
