sniper rifles are level 21 i believe, go to the ammo-store, hover over a weapon and u will see what level it is

brehs, when u get to like level 27, you start getting some HARD ASS 4 player co-op missions
here's the heads up for people who dont know
the mission from Gerald (or Lester) called...
"High Priority Case"
is the hardest f'n mission if youre trying to play it without the proper shyt unlocked like a "Helicopter pickup ability" from "Merryweather"
here's how me and my 3 boys got by it while not being able to call a helicopter pickup (after failing for a full hour)
1. have 3 guys with parachutes climb that big ass yellow ladder and 1 guy stays on ground level in the fastest car possible at the construction site
(make sure u have blue armor and green health full bars and make sure u have candy to restore your health when in cover, buy it at the store that u rob, its only like 4 dollars or less, buy like 10 of them)
2. shoot the bad guys on top of the roof while u use cover on the yellow beams, u will likely die a few times till you get the hang of it
3. climb all the way up to the top where the long ass crane part is, there will still be bad guys to wipe out on the roof, they just respawn or hide very well
4. parachute onto the roof, kill more bad guys who respawn by using cover down the ramp ways
5. once u guys kill the guy holding the brown briefcase, the guy who picked up the briefcase needs to jump off the building on the side he sees his teammate on the ground and make u sure land on the street. U will die from this but dont worry.
6. the guy on the ground will run over, pick up the briefcase, and drive it to the yellow destination dodging cars that will be chasing him but its relatively easy
mission complete, i think it was 7000 dollars and 1300 rp, could be wrong but around there
We were going nuts when our idea actually worked .Helicopters arent on the map ANYWHERE (or maybe our rank was too low) so this is the only way people who are ranked "29 and under" can do this mission.
I think i read once u are "level 30", u can unlock and call "merryweather security" and they will do a "helicopter pick up", probably like what the taxi drivers do for you.
