Anyone use that cutty buddy? Ima learn how to cut my hair, and I saw that shyt

I cut my own hair for about a year a while back and still clean it up between barber visits.

The cut buddy helps a lot with getting a close cut on the curve on the sides. The front and back are basically straight lines so it's not too hard.

I'd also get the self cut system ($80). I got it 2 years ago and it basically paid for itself.

Also for growing out your hair, use shampoos/conditioners/products for natural hair. I.e. Stuff with out sulfates and all that.

-Pantene Natural shampoo/conditioner
-Cantu leave in conditioner
-Jamacain castor oil (the actual oil or a creme) to moisturize
-Curl enhancing smoothie (to make your hair curly if that's the look you want)

The main thing is to make sure your hair is moisturized daily.

just cut my locs had them twice since 2002 had them for 6 years then 7 years. Now rocking a lil fro , using the brush method to get it curly/coily. Once it's high enough will work on doing a temp fade on the sides and dfferent styles from there.

I'm pretty much in upper management, most white people don't get a fukk - they hated when i cut the locs off.
Why did you cut them

Maintenance and convenience and wanted a new look.

I use to hate getting them wet, they'd take all day to dry and twisting can mess up your scalp.

growing my hair out with a temple fade right now and this stuff works wonders, I could still brush my hair and du rag it at this length and it will still wave up with this, defiantly a great product for curly hair.
:salute: been using this for a couple years now, aint looked back

ive been hearing a lot of good things about how jamaican castor oil helps beard growth.. do u think it would help with my peach fuzz?:lupe:

I don't believe anything that'll tell me that it'll grow my hair. Only things I believe in are proper maintenance and genetics.

With that said, I swear by this stuff now.

about how long would i have to grow my hair out to have the twist and lock look or the curly hair look using the sponge brush???
