@Midwest and @Christian3o5 are good players as well. I'm not the only one in this thread that puts in work.
But yea...the non-human rifles are dope too. The Light Rifle is a 5sk kill like the BR and DMR, but it isnt hitscan so you gotta lead shots like Halo 3. However, if you zoom in it's a 4sk. You gotta be super precise with that shyt, but it's rewarding.
The Binary Rifle is a forerunner sniper that kills in 1 shot when you connect anywhere on the body. It's a power weapon.
The Beam Rifle is the covenant sniper rifle that works like the human sniper, it kills in 1 head shot and 2 to shots to the body. However, it has a faster rate of fire than the human rifle and has more auto aim. It's very effective.
The Carbine kills is weaker than the BR and DMR, but it has the fastest rate of fire out of all the rifles. It's a good backup weapon to have or one to use on players that are already weak.
These weapons are deadly as fukk is used properly. The DMR though is the King of all rifles.

play better ppl and you will think twice about this. Grenades bounce better than Reach and the blast radius is fine. They are useful.
I mainly play MLG and Slayer Pro so the maps arent too much of an issue for me. As far as small/medium maps go Haven, Abandon and Adrift are the better ones. I despise Solace being in Slayer Pro/MLG, it's way too fukkin big. The BTB maps are fun as fukk to play on some mindless casual shyt, they are the best BTB maps in teh series since Halo 2.

First off, the BR is easier to use than the DMR because it has more aim assist and bullet magnetism and it's a burst fire (easier to land headshots). Now that we got that out the way..
The DMR kills in 5 shots to the head like the BR, however it's a single shot, where as the BR is burst fire, so it's harder to use, but is more accurate. The BR will sometimes have shots go off in random directions because of the it's bullet spread due to being a burst fire. The BR also has recoil, smh. It's like 343 hated the Br or something when they made this game. The DMR's shots go in a straight line every time because it's a single shot.
The DMR also has a faster rate of fire than the BR. Don't get me wrong though, the BR is still a good weapon at the right range (close to medium), but the DMR can dominate at ALL ranges.
Here is a kill time of all the rifles in the game (minus the Carbine, it got nerfed before release so the kill time changed).
DMR: 1.46s
BR: 1.80s
Light Rifle unscoped: 1.80s (burst fire)
Light Rifle scoped: 1.40s (single shot)

The Boltshot. It doesn't suck, it's harder to use than the pistol and plasma pistol. It's weaker when taking down shields using it the normal way, but if you charge it then fire it kills instantly.

Playing with randoms is killing my sanity lol. It's like going 1v4. Finally ran a few with a couple guys who communicated with me and we ran shyt for some games. Moving together crushes when most people play like lone wolves
