The video controls are default settings, here are the translations for Bumper Jumper:

BXB (Double Melee): RB + B + LT + Y + Y + RB
(press B+LT at roughly same time)

BXR: RB + B + LT + Y + Y + RT
(press B+LT at roughly same time)

Doubleshot: RT+B+LT+Y+Y+B+LT+RT

it's button combos made from glitches in the game itself, no form of tampering is done to the disc. There have been glitches in halo since CE.
