To be honest nikkas really don't have chemistry and at least I can see the tables aren't in anyone else favor outside like the squads that are already signed up.

I see where you're coming from. That's why I was thinking about a lottery of some sort. The best players are assigned captains and them are randomly given a teammate till each team has 4 players. This would make teams a lot more even. The only issue I see with this system is that players who don't play with each other may not be taking it as serious or getting on xbl enough to get comfortable with each other.

you should do this...Get a list of names of people who are gonna play and randomly assign them with one good person on here until u have a good amount of teams of 4. There should be a set time though and days.
This is honestly what I want to do. I'll tag everyone from this thread in a few to sort out who is going to play. I rather play with a mixed bag of players than run with the team i currently have..it would be a lot more rewarding experience if i won a tourney that way rather than being guaranteed top 3.
I want to do this right, so if any one has any ideas/systems to help me organize team based on players holla at me. Also doing this may restrict the tourney to only ppl that post on the coli.
