i paid $150k for it back in 2011 when the market had bottomed out; my home was also a REO.

right now similar homes in this area are selling in the high 200's to mid 300's.

Don't pay attention to how tall it is. Just measure length times width. My house is a 2050sqft ranch and almost as long as the building in that picture so seems plausible.
