i found him late last year but he recommend this for new people since you literally cant burn your lawn with it and yea this stuff had my lawn looking :wow:

Yeah, my credit was mediocre at first so I wound up getting a damn 5.25% rate when I first got the house, with the new refinance and my credit being A1 now, it dropped down to 2.5% with this refinance.

Closing on my first house in a few weeks. I’m about to be all over this thread. Getting an offer accepted has been hell. Great home, established suburb neighborhood, highly desired school district with shytty owners. They literally have done nothing. But there was no foundation, structural, or termite issues. So I’m about to redo it from front to back and hopefully rack up in a couple years. I could rent it in the neighborhood for almost 2800 min.

Just finished spreading on the law. I didn't feel like waiting so I ordered 3 bags last night and picked them up this morning. Home Depot also started their mulch sale so I grabbed a few bags. I still saw a few weeds and a patch of crab grass, so I'm going to the nursery to see if I can find some of the products he suggested.

Thanks for posting the link to dude! I really do care about having an environmentally friendly lawn and I learned so much watching only 3 videos.

Cool, yea am heading to HD later today to get some soil for the garden that sale started today also.

Yea he really promotes making your lawn as healthy as possible so you can basically bully out the weeds/crab grass and avoid having to use chemicals for weeds. I have a ton of weeds, mostly small ones for now which i spot sprayed this year, also a bit of crabgrass which I laid down some pre-emergent for but i don't think its going to do much. This year am focusing solely on make my soil healthy/grass strong to see how many weeds i can out compete then next year Ill go deeper into killing off weeds
