There should be no future for hamas. And them doing the right thing and ceding control after ending democratic elections and ushering in a genocide of their own people despite the reasoning is what has to happen.

Then it will be easier for people to be objective on their judgement.

Amazing we are still using the hamas argument for justify blatant genocide.

Just ridiculous at this stage, but it's clear to me now that humankind lost it's moral compass a long time ago.
A lot of bad posters and general bad people on the democratic side. It also shows where their politics really resides once trump leaves.

When? Humans have committed atrocities every century. I would argue the atrocities being committed are less egregious every passing century though

@Outlaw isn't wrong.

We have seen numerous atrocities in the world with unimaginable horrors across the world even in the last 35 years since the end of the Cold War.

Those were regional conflicts or civil wars. We saw genocides in Bosnia, Rwanda, Sudan, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. We saw Ethiopia against Eritrea. Somalia destroyed itself and became the biggest example of statelessness with famine and warlordism. Etc. Etc.

However, we have all of this in Gaza livestreamed daily. With it backed by the United States FULL STOP.

And the U.S. did a lot of bad stuff in Iraq and Afghanistan. INCLUDING using 'double tap' strikes. But it was not systematically erasing the different Afghan peoples (Pashtun, Hazaras, Uzbeks, etc). Bush's invasion did lead to the sectarian catastrophe in Iraq in the 2000s between Sunni and Shia. But again, we didn't have U.S. troops aiming to erase groups in Iraq.

But this shid in Gaza is genocide. It is deliberate. Payback for October 7 to Hamas was achieved long ago.

He’s not wrong—but what is wrong is his attempt to justify using history to normalize humanity’s failure to learn from it. If your argument for a now-confirmed famine is, “Well, it was worse in the past. At least the number of atrocities is down,” then you’re objectively a bad person. Next, the liberal-washing argument will be, “Well, 27 million Russians died in WWII—at least it’s less egregious this century.”

Not my argument, you’re just crafting a straw man

Old boy really said they're "ushering in a genocide of their own people", a phraseology that used to be found only on st0rmfr0nt, but has seemingly bled into Liberal discourse. Nasty work.
