in this hypothetical futuristic city would the population even have the discretionary income to like take the maglev or xyz it's all very strange

Israel wasn't the aggressor in this conflict so I disagree about American culpability for Israels actions. Should Israel expect damages from Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, Houthis for their actions? I think we both know how absurd the later sounds.

I would fully support resettling Hamas members and the people of Gaza at large in the United States or a place of their choosing at American expense.

I would support America demining operations, hospital construction, and trying to stabilize the ecosystem if even possible but not general reconstruction



the idea that Trump, his cabinet, Gulf Royals, and whatever members of the oligarchy are going to redevelop Gaza into a kleptocratic disneyland of their fantasies bothers me a lot frankly

Israel has controlled Gaza. And destroyed it completely. Tens of billions of American arms and shipments came in.

They did not have to level the entire strip. They could have exacted revenge on Hamas in a way different manner.

The American taxpayer helped destroy Gaza. We should rebuild it.

This vision though is not realistic. But there are ways to rebuild. The Palestinians are very resilient people and resourceful.

@88m3 cannot be convinced through logic. I suspect he's a paid propagandist, but if he's not, he is a rabid, unequivocal supporter of Israel regardless of what they do. He doesn't even see how ridiculous it makes him seem when he complains about human rights violation in other areas of the world.
