The guy has lots of hate in his heart and a very bad ego to boost. Honestly he has all sorts of mental issues going on but that doesn't disregard the fact he is a scumbag. Hell I was bad in my early 20s, fighting with friends, throwing punches, but early 30s I'm grown, you treat people respectfully, you don't shout, you act like a professional, friend or no friend. This guy is 40 and behaves a child... and I think people are going to feel you like, they are turning on him....

anyone claiming joe has handled any of this on some chess-playing shyt, I’m gonna assume y’all play chess the same way Wallace and Bodie played it.

joe might be right when it comes to the business, mal and rory might be dummies for not demanding true equity when they were supposed to. but the way joe is handling this is some bullshyt. the way he’s treating them is unneeded, same way it was unneeded when he cut Marisa.

if they’re your folks, then handle the transition in a way befitting your folks. if it was time for them to go it was time, but damn…

That’s in no way how a non-compete works. You can be forced to not work in a region or industry for years.
