We'll see. The worst case scenario for him is still fine. He'll be good even if the "Network" doesn't survive. He's got enough of a following where he can pare down the production and sustain his lifestyle even with less viewership

Contracts get torn up in court all the time.

Especially if they're being termed as "employees"... You can't tell them to starve for 18 months. What's the rationale for the clause? Is there some special IP?

I'd actually love to see Joe's coked up ass try to argue this in court.

You went from stating it didn’t exist at termination to now saying it has to be litigated. It would be a matter of them competing within the same industry. But again, it would be a question of whether it meets the requirements for enforcement by New York. I’m not sure it does or doesn’t.
