still got 20 more pages to read but I gotta add in that while cats are riding narratives and bringing up other podcasters
all these dudes are just getting more rich regardless
you quitting or walking out etc shyt not working out whatever you wanna call it... still draws more attention and headlines either way

I do agree with Joe still but it was some fukk shyt... on the other hand he gave them a few chances to just chill with shyt and get free bread. You would have to have a backup plan to fight for ownership in something you dont own and then expect it to go well for yourself. You are basically a supporting actor, turning down your role. You better have another movie deal on the line if you try to negotiate with no leverage. I've seen cats do this in real life too, how can you try to partial own something that aint yours

Of course you can always say "I put effort in here so I should feel entitled to this that and the third..." but if you're job is trash and you're replaceable how do you think thats gonna work out for you? You cant work at Mcdonalds and be like "I've been here 5 years... how about you give me 10% ownership of this mcdonalds."

not even adding the fact that people said they already had chances, fumbled opportunity and are replaceable unfortunately. Yeah you are lowballing your people and thats grimey... but knowingly playing yourself and then forcing a weird situation on the ship captain is also a weird place to put everyone. As a person that owns shyt in reality I've had to do this same shyt to friends too. Just because we are friends doesnt mean I'm gonna treat you like my queen. You gotta pull your own weight and respect the opportunity a friend put you in. You could have flipped those views into real ventures while stacking dough... and then have 6 other days a week to network more shyt. Joe is a bytch though for not thinking long term. It's like where does he thing the end game of the pod is? maybe giving them equity to keep the pod afloat for years to come could have retired him completely. But it would have been up to Rory and Mal to step up and branch out and they didnt. You cant really have ownership as dead weight that's a loss for business. You would 100% get even lazier knowing you had your little 10% share. Plus are you going to reinvest your money into the growth of the channel you only own 10% of? Too much asking for shyt and not enough foundation to grow from. They made shyt weird
