I see what you're saying but my point really is that these dudes aren't even great at the job they're supposed to do and they still get paid handsomely for it! Mal comes in late (supposedly) often and rarely has anything of substance to bring. Rory I think is actually ok but Joe is clearly the lighting rod of the show and keeps everything pushing.

They're owed something because the pod didn't pop off without them...I'm just saying they're not owed as much as they might think and should be happy they hit a lick. I can understand them backing out of this just on the strength of how Joe has been treating them though.

you dont get ownership through being a nice person. You have to invest in yourself and make your shyt. If I rent you a room in my house you dont own that room. I dont give a fukk if you pay on time, be quiet and respectful etc. That's always gonna be my room. I didnt buy an entire house to giftwrap you a room because you cant bring shyt to the table to get your own home. nikkas aint your father. You can get a raise but asking for ownership of something you bring nothing to is delusional. This podcast been flames since before Marissa was even a thing... before that c00n Akademiks had a license and was posting on this website. Imagine thinking you own some shyt because you borrow it from someone else. I love Mal and Rory in all honesty so its not a personal opinion... but you cant bring nothing to the table and be replaceable and then ask to own some shyt That's like the Lakers just giving Jack Nicholson 10% of the company because he's been sitting there for 40 years. You have to mean some shyt to be worth something. Joe gets put in a hard spot because he's trying to kind of help honestly.
