Joe needs to figure out what his aim is.

Like what's the purpose of this show, now?

To continue to talk about strippers and escorts every ep with splashes of hip hop.

If he was smart, he'd use this time to revamp the entire premise of the pod.

Try to be the black Joe rogan to some degree. No reason why he can't have guests/artists/actors once a week.

The JBP in its previous form (before all this popped off) was actually ok. It’s the spot where they just come to bullshyt and hit the major topics. Changing it up would still only give Joe one podcast that would get people talking.

Playing Monday morning qb but I would have leveraged Rheureigh and Mal wanting equity in JBP into another 2 pods on the network. Give them a minuscule part of the JBP with terms and conditions that include Mal and Rory anchoring another pod each on the network for x number of months/years. I would have even made them majority owners with creative control over each of their own pods.

The Dan LeBetard show is named after one person but he spreads out equity to multiple team members. They also just got the 50 million dollar deal that Joe lusts after Meanwhile Joe lost 2 key members of the podcast and is tap dancin for $10 subscribers
