Here's something I'm sure no one threw out there but believe it or not it matters, especially when you're catering and appealing to a younger crowd...Budden with the salt and pepper beard probably turned off madd younger people, lol. Mal and Rory exposing dude was the finishing move but him aging like 10 years in the last year aint helping matters none, aint no youngins tryna watch this shyt...especially now that you added 2 other gray dinosaurs, lol.

Budden should probably think about maturing his content a little bit and move away from the gossip and takes on 20 year old rappers/singers and shyt. Focus more on relationships and business and worldly matters, with his same comedic/brash style...that may require him to actually earn his money and research/learn but I think it could work out, he's a great conversationalist.

It’s unfortunate more and more people feel that way, because Ice is funny and it’s hilarious listening to him, but Ish is the most solid 2 mic that Joe has ever had. 1. He knows Joe really well, and will call him out on shyt, and stand on it.
2. He has his own opinions, seems to speak from personal experience, and is not scared to talk about pretty much anything and 3. His perspective is far more “normal” than anyone Joe has had in there.

Ice is good because he knows music and isn’t scared to speak about it. He also keeps joe from drowning out the pod with his music taste

both joe and Mal were 40 and Rory is 30. There was nothing about this pod that wild be interesting to younger people imo

Listen to Joe Budden for business advice ( after turning down 30 million) or relationship advice ( a nikka that just got dumped and no relationship ever last) would be a terrible idea. Joe real shyt needs to make shyt right with R&M and try to savage what’s left of the podcast.
