In the short term that's by far the easiest way to make more funds available, doesn't have to be firing. It could be cutting others pay. It seems like after Marc asked for more money, Joe/Ian replied that the only way they could pay him more is to cut some other people's pay to which Marc replied whatever it takes I'm cool with it.

Even if Marc has all the reason in the world to react to that shyt, he looks just as simple as Flip when he let his emotions get the best of him.

Flips opinions on anything and anyone should be taken with a grain of salt.

Flip is just annoying and insecure. Marc should know better not engage in low tier conversations like this.

I agree with this too. He’d argue he’s still human etc but you gotta be better. We hold him to a higher standard justifiably. While I love what he brings to the pod, he’s doing the equivalent of a dope rapper going on love and hip hop.

yes this is the issue.
then the next clip was them justifying their pay based off what they believed to be their value add to the poscast.
and that's when Marc made that little quip about flip implying he doesn't bring any value to the show.

Tricky words doesn’t mean big words..it’s not what flip meant

a lot of his comments are backhanded and condescending and he plays them off as playful or genuine comments

He’ll say something like “you did a good job of reading that article” insinuating the person can’t read or whatever ..and then when the person responds he’ll be like “no I’m just saying you did a good job “ with his little giggle behind it

Thats a small scale example but That’s the kinda stuff flip is talking about

I can agree with this. I fukk with Marc for the most part, but sometimes I think to myself I would have popped his ass in the mouth with the way he slick lowkey come at people. Flip ain’t the sharpest knife in the drawer so he misses a lot of shyt, but I catch everything lol.
