I kinda agree with Marc, Flip needs to do more. His lack of actually contributing to the pod has increased tenfold without Mel there. 20-30 mins of not a peep out of him and then he blurts out in song. But be the main one complaining about money/contracts while pocket watching everybody while doing the least at the actual job.

They need to bring back Mel. The pod is way more entertaining with her. I know she hated them roasting her a lot but that's what made the pod worth the long listen. You never knew what stupid thing she was gonna say that would always turn into a funny ass moment with Joe and Flip roasting her. Marc coming onto the show helped Mel be more confident in her arguements but still funny. The pod just isn't that funny anymore.
There's at least 2 people on that show that I prefer Jaewon over, maybe even 3 (Ice, Emmany and depending on the day Flip or Parks. I know Parks is needed outside of being an on air talent. I'm just speaking on that aspect).
My only real issue is he doesn't know when to pull back and can be too hard headed/stubborn in his thoughts. But to me he's way more direct and he also calls out BS better than most of the cast. Flip does it too but he doesn't articulate himself as well.
