Joe shouldnt be surprised that money talks/raises are happening and he has no one to blame but himself. It ate him up that he wasnt on complex lists and shyt like that. So he "leaked" the monthly numbers, bragged about making 20M a year, complex or w/e article and now you got nikkas wanting more money.
It's hard to hear "I can't afford to give you a raise" and shyt when they see you bragging about all the money you spending. Your girl getting this car bought. etc. Especially when some ppl may feel like they contributed to that lifestyle you living.
