And this is crazy because on every sports show and new show, they have some pretty, bird brain, bytch and the same dudes are talking about. What does she bring to the show? She’s just good to look at.


Which one do y’all want? All the complaints about Mel was about how she was so fine but she was a bird brain. It wouldn’t talk about certain topics. Now you got this other chick will talk about anything. Seems a little more educated on stuff and she’s not pretty.

Your right in the sense of being honorable and sharing the equity. But i dont think Joe looks at it like that. He knows he makes the show and nobody would stop watching completely if any of the people he got on right now leave.

Fair point,i forgot he works them like a sweatshop. So quality cheap labor is his bread and butter


Might be hard to find people even as good as what he has if your going to go cheaper. So a slight pay raise may be smarter. Id fire one of them and divide that salary among the rest lol. People told me what Parks does,but i still dont believe they cant get somebody else and find a better mic. Guess sound/audio people cost more than i know.

You say joe didnt know what he was doing. But i think he just doesnt care. He wouldnt see them walking out as "biting" him imo.

Joe shouldnt be surprised that money talks/raises are happening and he has no one to blame but himself. It ate him up that he wasnt on complex lists and shyt like that. So he "leaked" the monthly numbers, bragged about making 20M a year, complex or w/e article and now you got nikkas wanting more money.

It's hard to hear "I can't afford to give you a raise" and shyt when they see you bragging about all the money you spending. Your girl getting this car bought. etc. Especially when some ppl may feel like they contributed to that lifestyle you living.

Only thing Joe has going for himself is that none of them nikkas can say they’re out working him. Unlike the typical “employee/CEO” beef where the employee feels like the CEO just sits in the office all day while everyone else does the work, Joe in the shyt with them.
