Imagine taking anything this guy says seriously

It was dope when they came to DallasCorrect, just wasn’t organized at all. I get you’re not gonna start at 8p on the dot, but to begin at 8:45p and then rush out at 10:45 or whatever because the venue is forcing you to end is unacceptable to me.
And we all know that they kinda make fun of themselves, but even the intro video and microphones weren’t working correctly when they finally did start. Was there no sound check or anything earlier??
Then they randomly took a break after an hour to show a video, but just felt kinda weird that they took a break at all. There was nothing extra to the show, no time for fan interaction, they did the awkward “Do You Still Got It” segment where they bring a couple and two single people on stage to hit on each other. Then when they did “For the Love of Mal” game show, they brought on Jada Stevens for 5 min...and it seemed like whatever money in the budget (that wasn’t going in their pockets) went to her for that limited time.
The show had very little production value - which is fine - but because of that, the show should provide more. Otherwise, what’s the point of doing a live podcast...other than to charge people $90 to look at you for a couple hours, and charge even more to those who do the meet & greet.
This was a one-time hometown show, in a big venue...but did nothing to make it feel that way. At the end joe was like, “usually we do questions, a performance, bla bla...but we’re being kicked out and this is a prestigious venue...” OK, in that case why start so late, and/or why even choose that venue at all if it’s not the right environment?
anyway, I was glad the wife gifted it for us and glad I got to see it live...but if joe wants to talk about live performances having room for improvement, he needs to watch his own live podcast, at least the NY one.
Damn so that Justice dude looks as suspect as he sounds. He ruined this episode. Totally reminds me of conversations with my younger nephews about life in general ...
There’s an entire mini series that shows The Temptations didnt just stand in one spot and sing. Im willing to bet the current Temptations dont perform like that.

Exactly. Couldn't have put it betterJustice is one of those yungins who was raised off the internet and not OGs. He got all his music history from Complex lists and headlines. He doesn't know how and when to apply real world logic. He reads one Complex list and now he feels he's an expert.
And now he's at the age where he dismisses anybody telling him otherwise as not being "progressive" or "stuck in their ways," all because he grew up in a fake world with no standards.
Similar to Akademiks, all he knows how to do is throw out talking points with little to no support. Basically they're the ones who give yungins a bad name and validify the Old Heads points.
Lol y’all be so upset with opinions that don’t mirror yours. It’s kinda a societal problem that I’ve recently noticed. If someone’s thoughts or opinions on literally meaningless shyt doesn’t mirror yours exactly, y’all get extremely emotional about it
Like fam, it’s okay to disagree
And with that said, having a heated debate over summer walker is insane
No more JusticeHold up this clown Justice literally just said "I'm all for Black Mediocrity. Why everything we do gotta be excellent? I want to be able to put out some ight sh*t and it sell out too."
Ladies and gentlemen, that is why the culture as a whole is so terrible now. It's cool to not have standards as long as you "get the bag." The lack of pride and self-respect is appalling![]()
