Checked out some of the rest on YouTube just to see and feel it out yeah, still prefer Ice and Ish.

Rory and Mal are not wrong about their problems and Joe is absolutely nuts.....but as a consumer I really don't care. The pod was generally better. The energy was better, the takes were mostly real and/or funny, the laughs seemed genuine, the stories were funnier, etc.

By the way, Joe looks absolutely bored in the video and the energy from the rest of the room seems awkward. Don't think this is gonna last long.

This is where Im always at. All I care about is maximizing entertainment while I run errands, do things around the house.

Entertainment value cratered when they started taking themselves too seriously.

not for nothing, im pretty sure this is how marissa got removed from the show early on so that mal could join in first place. If Joe not feeling the energy of a co-host, he gonna remove them permanently or albeit temporarily. I mean they changed the name of the show to ill name this podcast later to the joe budden show and now he got his own network behind him on youtube. joe is on his entrepreneur shyt and he got employees he gotta feed at the end of day to keep this multi million operation going

Ish and Ice are a good fit for Joe. They are old school and don't give a fukk about giving keeping it safe. You can tell Joe is more comfortable with those two. I feel like it's going to take a bit for Joe to find that rhythm with Rory and Mal.

Yeah it comes down to an ethical issue. Realistically if Joe has a majority share he can do what the fukk he wants to do. Now in the long run is that what's best for growing the business. Joe has admitted that he has a shytty professional reputation. This podcast had gone a way in restoring that reputation. If it comes off like Joe is on an ego trip and runs off his partners that could fukk up future business deals for him.

I've seen it first hand ruin somebody. The company I've worked at the last 16 years got started based off a situation similar. The old company was ran by a guy with 60% equity and my boss had 40%. The guy with 60% started wilding out. He bought two planes using company profits and a bunch of crazy spending, telling employees the company was making no money so there were no bonuses. Basically told my boss to fukk off because he owns the majority. So my boss grabbed a bunch of the best employees and started his own company. The primary goal was to run the old dude out of business which they did over the course of five years.

Now in this case Joe is clearly the star. But why let ego fukk up a good thing instead of including everybody in decisions and only exerting that majority control in dire situations. That's how you keep everybody happy and engaged and have them invested in the whole process.

And Rory is difficult to listen to at this point. Pod needs a one white boy limit and we take Parks.
