NopeLiterally is.
NopeLiterally is.
This is where we fundamentally disagree
after you said I piggyback off others

Patreon takes a cut so I'm wondering if that 32K is after their cut. Also that article showing the top owners doesn't have the Andrew Schultz podcast so I wonder if they were just highlighting some of their top earners and not THE top earners. Unless Schultz is lying about his subscriber numbers.Another question about Patreon
Bad Faith is creating a podcast | Patreon
This pod has 7300 patrons and earns $32k per month, fine.
But that averages out to $4 per patron when their minimum membership is $5. How come that is?
Not "up to", more than. That should just tell us that the barrier to entry to turn a ‘listener’ into a ‘subscriber’ is higher than we thought. People who assume that half or even 25% of the listeners are going to subscribe to Patreon are nuts
Edit: Also telling that they’d advertise that top Patreons make up to 200k per year. That’s less than I thought it would be
NopeIf he said, "you two have to be back in 2 weeks" and they came back in 6, then yeah, Joe as the boss has every employer right to fire them. But he didn't give a return date. He let them be. He kept the door open indefinitely.
So this whole "they bounced arbitrarily and didn't bother showing up for 6 weeks" is bullshyt really.
Will be interesting to watch. Maybe they don't say much since this is going to court but they can clarify a lot of stuff without legal risk.
Joe is a sociopath. He's a liar. He sat there and compared this to being accused of cheating, as if he hasn't cheated on all of his women. But like I said, Parks and everyone else (except Rory and Mal) still being down makes me wonder if those two bums are simply idiots. Maybe the other guys simply said "as long as I'm getting what was offered I'm good. The accounting gimmicks have nothing to do with me." Or maybe Rory and Mal are bullshytting.
He showed them MORE than he was obligated to show them periodhe didn’t show them the books. He got a outside company to audit it. Rory didn’t want to take that company’s word. Joe budden is a client to that company, Rory wanted a outside company to do it

The #1 Patreon makes $170K a month.
So, +$2 million a year
Alright you got it fam. All I’m saying is if a company goes over their revenue, profit and expenses. If you say you don’t believe them, what’s the next course of action?I seriously doubt that you've been on plenty of those calls or have a sound understanding of the topic based on this response![]()

And when screen man comes back they all immediately speak on his importance to the podI watch too, breh. You're saying they don't bring topics, and that's false. Rory transitions between topics. They've had episodes without Screen Man since Rory and Mal went on strike, so I'm not sure what you're getting at.
I think joe knows whats at stake herewould that stop him or anyone else though?
companies/people will lie until they get caught, we done seen that shyt numerous times

See. I get all that fam. What this stems from to me is that Rory doesn’t believe Joe.
It’s one thing for the CEO to have to answer the tough questions. It’s another thing if after they answer the question, the person that asked it says “they don’t believe them, let me see the books”.
That’s all I’m saying. The CEO isn’t going to let people look at the finer details of the accounting without a case for why they want to do so.
Why wouldnt i?You still believing that huh?![]()
