Joe tried to quarterback the whole business. He tried to colonize Rory and Mal and set a wage standard in a new industry when he should of ate the bad deal he negotiated and wait for contract to end
He has no CFO just accountants...He tried to scale his busines but didn't realize how much it would cost. Rory and Mal are profit partners AFTER expenses but they don't pay any of the expenses. I can see how this annoyed Joe but they signed a contract when they werent UP they then became UP and Joe should of waited it out the contract that is...Give them salary plus bonuses or a smaller profit partner %...
He did too much...THose side girly podcasts werent bringing in much dough yet but he had to pay....
He thinking he Jay Z or Drake and can be a mogal BUT those guys arent in a group no co hosts ... it turns out the JBP wasnt just him after all...Joe is not a solo act doesnt have the talent to be one...Slaughterhouse was more popular than his single rap career, love and hip hop was a group of people....complex had multiple hosts...JBP had multiple hosts and parks knee....Just becuase he does the most outlandish ish on a popular show doesnt mean he is the show...hes not MJ breaking away from the Jackson 5 he doesnt have the solo talent...He can't come up off people becuase when he comes up he alone with no talent that can carry him alone...Hes a personality but a personality doesn't matter if theres no one to interact with...He thought he could try out for Varsity with JV talent

Definitely no celebration on my end. Just called it for what it was on Wednesday and pretty much knew he’d be fukked... I was mad he even dropped it... the celebration shyt was the hopeful demise of Mal & Rory... that’s what folks was giddy about.

People have been waiting for this to come out for awhile now, it's been known but Olivia never spoke out about it till now, the speculation was that Joe was threatening to black ball her from podcasting if she came forward.

I still think Rory and Mal are destined to be worker bees for life but this Olivia Dope stuff is damning. It's over. Them 2 goofs won't be making much bread after this though, not for the minimal amount of work they were doing at least. Now they gotta actually grind for checks.

If it continues to precipitate I can see it and just by being an empathetic human it doesn't make me feel good regardless of how much of a scumbag he is. He has a kid who is back in his life and a toddler who make have special needs. Everything else is ancillary, even the bags he worked so hard to get.
