doesn't have to b e an entire podcast, but the apologies are phony. he frames the olivia situation as an inappropriate joke, nothing about him being a creeper, still says mal/rory don't know shyt about accounting, when he can just show the books, he's just "sorry" it ended like it ended.

Joe’s tone on this pod is still of a psycho, he’s beyond help. He wants to be cool too much, rather than being effective. He is not an effective leader or business person. He needs someone to manage him... and the pod.

The way he is saying he takes accountability like oopsy, rather than having a deep introspective look at himself and impact of his actions. Man child for sure....
