I'd still replace Ice with Mal. Joe is at his best with somebody willing to call him out on his bullshyt and able to recount some of Joe's funniest stories. To me Rory would cover in use Ice has to the podcast. Mal is tolerable when he isn't A or B mic and able to just chime in the occasional joke. He's Jamal Crawford status to me.
