The dynamic that Joe is trying to push regarding Rory and Mal is interesting bc he's trying to nullify Mal, but Mal goes viral just as much/if not more than Rory and Demaris.

Its also obvious to me that Rory never had the same passion for podcasting as Joe. He always wanted to do music and his dusse stuff. If Rory could go into JBP and just collect a check and go home and do his other ventures i have no doubt in my mind thats what he would do.

Mal and Rory are no different than Ice and ish, the podcasting stuff was just a lick for them. the only difference is Mal can’t stand to be Joe‘s employee While the rest of them probably don’t care.
