I don’t see how someone like Ice felt comfortable enough to stop working an actual job when he’s working for one of the cheapest dirtbags in the industry. I wouldn’t put my livelihood in Joe and Ian’s hands.

What was his actual job at his last job? And did it pay more than what Joe is paying? And after what happened to Rory and Mal, I wouldn't put all my eggs in that basket either.
