Drink water.

Nah, like seriously. Drink that shyt. Like to the point where you feel that shyt sloshing in ya gut, type drinking. Everyone should carry around they own personal litre flask or thermos of straight up water and stay hydrated throughout the day. shyt keeps you up.

shyt makes you feel better, flushes ya toxins out. Keeps ya kidneys bumping. Cleans ya skin, keeps the blood in ya brain full of oxygen, keeps ya Vagina moist, the whole nine.

Now I'd go onto water quality and all the shyt but it's up to you to do the science cause all palletes aren't created equal but you can't go wrong with collecting rain water like I do since I'm mad paranoid of bottled water and the shyt Cacs do just to make a buck on some malicious shyt.

The amount of chemicals they use just to make that shyt drinkable definately ain't something you should be fukking with in the long term so bust out them ph balance kits and check your consumption supply.

Or don't. It's your life'n'shyt.

I agree. The rent you pay in life is the service to others

Another tip is love life and it will always love you back. Take risks and do what the fukk you want to do in life cause this can all be over soon.

Find a hobby to use as an escape from the bullshyt we have to face in life

Remember everything is temporary. So take heart that bad times won't always be here and appreciate the good times cause it won't always be here

But speaking from experience, live for yourself and not for others expectations.

Exercise, whether it's the gym, a sport or some other physical activity.

Get adequate amount of sleep (tho it's hard for me to do)
