Haven't read the last couple pages of this thread, but Pac won hands down. Like the homie said earlier, dont know what Bradley was doing the second and 3/4 of this fight. I picked him to win and bet Coli cash. Side of me wonders if he fought trash on purpose as Manny's stock can't afford a loss at this time. Top Rink is a team and business with Manny being the cash cow. For him to lose, Top Rank might as well call it a wrap.One thing is certain though, no way in hell is Pac beating Mayweather. That was abundantly obvious with this fight. Neither Bradley, nor Pac displayed anything marvelous. Al Haymon, GB, and Mayweather won tonight.

He won the fight, I'll give him credit for having better conditioning and staying focused the whole fight. But I haven't seen where Pacquiao mad the adjustment to win the fight.

I think Bradley was having some success early, but the constant power shots Pacquiao was landing made him go from offensive to defensive. His calf muscle injury notwithstanding, Bradley was getting hurt and made the adjustment of backing off Pacquiao in order to survive. Pacquaio picked up the pace and kept Bradley in retreat. I still feel Pacquiao beats Mayweather, simply cuz Im convinced that the shots Pacquaio was repeatedly landing on Bradley would put Mayweather down on his ass. Mayweather cant take power shots to the face; he's not used to that. He never has taken those shots. I think when he does take them, he wont react to them that well. And the success Bradley had was due to his aggressiveness in going for the KO. Mayweather would not be that aggressive.

It's Bob Arum. period. He has history with Floyd Mayweather Jr and he realized FMM ins't dumb and now FMM on his own and makes his own money. That wasn't Manny's call. That was Bob Arum who refused the 40 Million that Floyd offered up front because Bob Arum wants a bigger share of the revenue from the fight. Floyd knows that Manny is under contract and Bob Arum is entitled to 27 percent as Manny's promoter. 27% of a flat 40 million is nowhere near the amount of money a bout between Mayweather and Pacquiao would generate. Arum knows that as the PROMOTER, he would be leaving millions of dollars on the table even though Manny would still make the most for a prize fight that he has EVER made. And Arum is not going to let it happen unless he walks away from the bout a fat cat. Look at Manny's purses compared to Floyds. Floyd gets 88% or more of his fight purse, Manny is taking less than 56% of his earnings home.

after the first 4 rounds I was like ....shyt was shaping up to be a FOTY candidate. then bradley went on the defensive. even if the injury is real, the shyt will continue to happen every time they fight, just like the first one. pacquiao throws so many punches at every angle possible and bradley is constantly being forced to bob & weave and jump around the ring trying to avoid everything...and because of that he's always landing in awkward ass stances. tim just isn't equipped to handle pac's pressure for a full 12 rounds.


with that being said, manny better think again about going for that 5th marquez fight. cause by how he looked last night, marquez will put him to sleep once again. dude is still wide open to that straight right, and he's always lunging forward head first making the impact on those right hands much more damaging. he still has the heart, but the sharpness and speed just isn't there any more. and I don't think it ever will be.
