I'll be on all afternoon and night, gotta finish up this paper and then it's time to put in that work! Hopefully I don't get anymore interruptions during games today... every fukking game that I played last night I had tenants show up and want to pay their rent and chat... I'm sitting there just like "im in the fukking middle of a game, give me the money and go home!!"

Yeah..... people will always try and get out of paying rent.... make sure you stay on top of them and do your homework on people before you let them move in. You can tell a lot about someone from their credit report and background checks! Had a pregnant stripper show up and apply one time for one of my apts did my homework on her and her BF and they had a god damn phone book for a criminal past with about 40 assaults on each other. To that I say one word.... DENIED!

Pawpaw def taught me that....do you rent out poor houses, or middle income?

Man one time dude ain't pay for 3 months (my pawpaw trippin lettin that nikka slide) turns out, that nikka was living in Baton Rouge and he let his no good brother stay there...nikka had maggots in the fridge and trash EVVVVERRRRYYYYYWHERE

Killa thing is, that nikka left some good speakers and a amp behind.....and uhhhhhh.....we took it :hanes:





And then another tenant robbed us out of the speakers :aicmon:




As for the floor, we cleaned up the house and I laid down new flooring :myman:
