please, dude fought shields april last year then 8 months later we found out of his mysterious knee injury..11 months later he beats condit then asks for another sabbatical to think things through before accepting a fight with silva. Its obvious dude is trying to run out the clock and let father time force silva into retirement..anyway u slice it what hes doing doesnt really fit in line with the rhetoric he spews at pressers

u can laugh all u want but one doesn't have an injury like that and display the same explosiveness in a mere 11 months of rehab. dont lump me in with your circle of friends (with that train of thought) I am too grown for that.My gripe with condit is he is who I thought he was.Everyone assumed because he trains with greg jax that hed have an inside track & I always said look at the ellenberger/mcdonald fights & what they did with a fraction of what gsp has perfected.
Its not rocket science, dana knew it, gsp knew it and condit knew it which is why he opted to sit on the sidelines and wait for gsp for a damn near year like a yellah bytch despite becoming the interim champ way back in feburary..The whole exercise was a big waste of time as predicted and to see condit get blooded and dressed down felt good.Dude was really feeling his hype the last couple of fights hopefully now he goes the way of fitch into an island of insignificance

You are talking about the the most decorated/accomplished ufc luminary who has competed in 3 different weight classes, he doesnt "have" to face a young lion who is on the come up in jones to prove anything. Ppl *coughs* whites *coughs* just want it so one of the fighters legacies get derailed.
We know what andersons weakness is and what georges strength is so that is another interesting aspect..If the silva/gsp fight never happens anderson will still be the best ufc fighter ever.
Gsp on the other hasnt proved anything but the fact he can finish bloated lws.If this superfight doesnt come to past he will always be remembered as a yellow belly..
