The Last of the Outlaws
Cain v Big Foot II we might witness a live decaptiation. I just don't see how anything different happens, a bloody barely conscious Big Foot sounding like the great Khali in his post fight interview. Big Foot looked slow against Overeem who basically did everything he could to get himself KO'ed and Browne was making contact almost at will until he decided to start throwing the Green Ranger spinning kick as a HW for whatever reason.

Reem vs JDS should be fun tho for the short duration it's likely going to last.

I really like Cain v Big Foot II. It beats Cain sitting around doing nothing.

I put a lot of stock into that cut playing a big role in the first fight. I still think Cain wins but I'm glad to see the fight again (hopefully without that cut).

whats the point at this juncture? its like poking a cobra that lost its venom.cyborg will probably never again most likely and most of these broads havent fought at 145 or have any aspirations too so to mention cyborg is just a moot point.Rousey just does it to be a female chael

I was talking in general- Cyborg has said many times she doesn't care who she fights yet no one has the balls to call her out- only Ronda...then she ran

I can't see viToRT losing that one...all that gymkata shyt ain't gona work, IMO. Looks like Wiedman gets the Spider...there's nobody sensible lined up for him to fight.

Main Event at Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale is Mighty Mouse vs. Moraga for the Flyweight title. Gonzaga will also be facing Travis Browne there. This is pretty much how theyll have to use the lower weight titles, IMO. Show those fights on tv if they're not a superfight. I'm pumped for the finale now.

Dana was like:huhldup: at the thought of a cain match up with either Hunt of Strueve and decided he'd rather feed Big Foot to the firing squad again

I got some UFC questions that I need clarification on. Hopefully someone on here can answer them for me.

1) Does the UFC only charge North America for PPV's. I notice when I watch the online streams the events that come from overseas there's all these commercials in them. Do the non North American fans of the UFC watch for free on cable.

I would think yes, because very few people will pay $60 to stay up until 4am to watch an event. but I need clarification on this

2) Are you allowed to kick a fighter in the face while their on the ground(all fours). Example: You wrestle the guy to the ground, you get up faster than him, are you allowed to kick him in the face, while he's on "all fours" trying to get up.

I know "kneeing" a downed opponent in illegal, but what about kicks :ld:

Thanks..

Yes to the PPV's. A lot of countries have a cable package where they pay like ten bucks a month and get all of the ppv events and sports. If the UFC has no tv deal they offer them on Facebook or the UFC site (which is blocked out in America.

and No you can't soccer kick or stomp a guy in the head if they're down in any way at all. They have to be on two feet with nothing touching the ground to get kicked in the head. You can soccer kick the body if they're down. (Soccer kicks were allowed in Pride which no longer exists)

Rather see Machida/Hendo winner fight Cain then Bigfoot again since weight divisions don't seem to matter anymore

:heh: @ Dana acting like a little spiteful girl because he didn't get what he wanted. Always talks crap about people who don't want to bend for the UFC

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has severed ties with Cris “Cyborg” Santos.

UFC president Dana White confirmed Santos’ release when talking with the media following the UFC on Fuel TV 7 pre-fight press conference on Wednesday.

Asked if Santos is done with the company, White responded, “Yeah.”

“I’m telling you right now, she wants nothing to do with this fight with Ronda (Rousey),” he immediately continued. “This is the biggest show in the world. We’re working with her to get her a deal or whatever. When you send a letter from your lawyer and your doctor saying I will die if I try to make 135 (pounds), it’s just the goofiest thing. I’ve never seen anything like it in the fight business.

“Okay, so you don’t want to make 135, but you want to talk about fighting Ronda. First of all, you tested positive for steroids and got stripped of your title. And you’re trying to talk about how Ronda doesn’t want to fight you, but she’s the champion at 135. If Ronda goes and does the fight at 140 and does the fight at 140, it’s not even for a title. The fight just makes no sense.”

The UFC tried to get Santos fights outside of the organization because there is no 145-pound women’s division in the UFC. They proposed getting her fights in Invicta FC, but Santos didn’t like the idea.

“So what happens is, so we’ll figure something out where Cyborg gets some fights. Ronda defends her title a few times. Then maybe Ronda moves up to whatever and fights… they want nothing to do with that, wants nothing to do with it. It’s wacky beyond wackiness,” stated White.

“There is no 145-pound women’s division. She’s under contract with us, so we’d get her some fights somewhere else. We get her some fights. Let’s play this 135-pound thing out and see what happens, see where this thing goes. No.”

Women’s fighting in the UFC centers around the 135-pound division, a division Santos can’t or is unwilling to make. So women fighting in the UFC moves on without Santos.

“This women’s thing is coming together. When I talk to Joe (Silva) and Sean Shelby, we have 10 of the best 135-pounders in the world. We’re gonna do this division. We’re going to see how this fight goes down or whatever,” said White.

“Cyborg is pretty much irrelevant right now. She really is. She’s irrelevant. Go out there and win some fights again, get your name back, stay clean, stay off some steroids and get your career back on track and then we’ll talk. But for her to think that everybody should move around and jump through hoops for her is insane.”

They could have done a catch weight all female TUF but the bottom line is Ronda doesn't want this fight

For someone who is irrelevant, Dana and Ronda sure do talk a lot about Cyborg

lol, this shyt is laughable.

i don't hate ronda but i hope liz pulls the upset and knocks her the fuk out. the fact that dana is so biased and overlooking liz is disgusting.

im pretty sure cyborg can make 135 BUT, the most important thing dana forgets or completely ignore is the fact that she won't be the same fighter she was when she was at 145. i don't give a fuk what nutritionist he says can get her down to 135, she just won't be the same.

cyborg got options, im sure bellator would love to get her as well as invicta. i just want to see her back and back at 145.

I kind of agree with Dana. Let's be reality, he needs this fight. If they were going to get her fights elsewhere :manny:
