Pls don't lump nate with Nick, 2 diff fighters. nate tries to be like NIck but is not half as skilled. The last time Nick lost to a pure wrestler in mma is 2006 to Sean Sherk.
Come on now, Nick has been solid on the ground, lets see with the step up in competition if he can continue is the real question. If GSP beats Nick, then jus move em up to 185 n call it done, cuz no1 else in WW will beat em.
I know 1 thing for sure, win or lose, Diaz always put on a good fight/show. Unlike GSP's boring victories. Jus look at da tear Diaz was on for a while.

They fight just like BJ Penn does, if plan A goes awry they are basically fish out of water, no adjustments.
I can't see Hendricks actually getting ahold of Condit, he moves way too much. Hendricks hits hard but you can't hit what you can't catch.

last ppl that used wrestling on nick were sanchez, riggs and sherk he lost to each of them.Since then hes faced primarily strikers.The proof is in the pudding

I see Condit avoiding Hendricks' big shots and soundly out-striking him. I wouldn't be surprised if Condit finished him as well.
I think we may see the return of the running man with Condit Saturday.
I'll be cheering for Hendricks but this is going to be a tough fight. He should have a title shot by not. This is one of the toughest stylistic matchups for him in the entire division.
I kind of wish the kept Ellenberger VS Hendricks and made Condit VS Marquardt instead.
If Condit wins shyt is going to be really fukked up. Hopefully they fast track Maia if that happens.

wldnt a perfect situation be Diaz beats gsp, then diaz fails his drug test again is out a yr n stripped of title. thus ufc doesnt have to deal wit da headaches of havin a champ who doesnt wanna do pr. GSP then finally takes his time to add sum weight n goes up to finally fight silva, condit/hendricks/markham face each other for ww champ. thus creating sum exciting at the top again.

if he fails another drug test it wld be stupid business wise to cut em. for every other reason he shld get cut, but business wise, not good. he cn fight at 170 and 185 n brings a solid name that a competitor can use. u never wanna give ur enemies ne extra meat on dem bones.

which wrestler has he fought since then that would've forced him to hone in on those deficencies he had back then? Better question why would he need to when everyone that has faced him since he got bounced from the ufc has opted to kickbox with him.
yes because we all know both fighters approach the sport the same right? One guy trains with who who of fighters to constantly better himself while preserving his career with a risk adverse style. Whereas the other trains with ceasar gracie, goes balls to the wall n when that doesn't work he has no contingency plan so wilts and complains after the fact.
u hurt your arguement with this point because overeem's failings could easily be linked to the suspension and lack of testosterone which aren't one in the same. As nick as been out a year he'll be rusty on top of his defeciecies and all.
