Mir looked in shape again FINALLY. Cormier is just such an awful match up for him tho. Gonna be interesting to see how the noticeably smaller Cormier fights. Mir's a big dude it's just he gets caught looking like

So I went today I actually interviewed Cung Le and will write about it soon. Cung hinted at an overseas (potential) China TUF coaching stint.

The most heated faceoff was Mir vs DC, with DC getting a loud pop from the crowd. Mir embraced the boos and said to DC "you ain't shyt" which got DC mad.
Gil had Benson both made weight and Benson appeared really cocky as he drank water with acknowledging Gil while facing off
