Its either keeps doin da cut n try to get more mentally tough to handle it, or if your goin up in weight, dont jus show up in your regular walk around weight. Go put sum more muscle arm and dont come lookin like a starvin kid from africa, that way u wont get thrown around at welter weight like u did b4.
