Surprising response from someone who runs her mouth so much...she has beaten some decent people so i am surprised she was scared of the competition...now she wants Miesha Tate to drop to 125 to fight her
i agree...but none will watch its on channel that most people dont have unless they have the complete cable package

Dana doesn't need the women in UFC...the women are what's keeping Strikeforce alive. Strikeforce cards are basically free promotional tools for upcoming UFC events. let there be more than 5 worthwhile women in the sport then maybe Dana will make if a UFC thing.
And Tatame reported that Jake Shields' next fight is probably Wanderlei Silva...intriguing, IMO.

smoke and mirrors homey, other than the 1st 2 fox shows they've treated ufc like a bad smell.If they dont promote the hell out of this upcoming stacked card it will be irrefutable proof that the whole ufc/fox shyt was just a way to push fuel not necessarily the ufcWow

Nah, the UFC/Fox deal was 100% to build Fuel. UFC just thought they would take it to get the exposure. The problem so far this year was they added way more free card and tried to run the same # of PPV's. Bad idea

I'm not sure what the fascination is with huge, muscular men.
I could understand hating the lighter divisions if they consistently put on bad fights. But, that's not the case. It seems like some fans dislike them STRICTLY because of their size.
Also, the BW division has averaged more finishes than the WW division in 2012.

Cant believe we have reached the stage where fighters are citing ppv buys for reasons not to take fights, isnt that zuffa's call? he was better off going down the "it was a low ppv buy no one wanted to see that fight" Rather than personalizing it like a douche..In saying that if that headliner was jones lowest ppv buy isnt that an indication of how spoilt ufc fans are? machida might've lost his mystique but hes still a contender with mad skills.And jones had the whole "jones era" thing going, which machida once had and lost overnight.Coupled with the bootleg anderson silva but with wrestling angle I dont know how a fan wouldnt at least be intrigued...
ps Not going to be able to see it live so will just make my prediction for tonights main event.Ronda is going to get tooled something vicious.While ronda talks, acts and looks tough Kauffman just is.She is going to expose ronda for her lack of striking and make her pay for it.Might even take it to the ground to give RR some hope then once she fails at her one trick in comes the brutal g&P.

If ppl are hating on the lighter weight divs I think its because they are sick of sparring matches with no indication of a finish in sight.At least with l&prs u know what u are getting from the jump and u can get away from the cpu/tv and do something else.But with point fighters u stay for the whole fight living in hope to see something else happen other that circling & tapping (sometimes it does) mostly it doesnt.And by the end u just feel like u wasted 15-25 mins of your life u cant get back
