Anybody else feel like if Sonnen gets by Forrest he's going to get a #1 contender fight, possibly against Machida?
Dana is going to want to cash in on Chael, and with the whole "he stepped up" argument it will make it easier for him to legitimize Sonnen's rise in the LHW rankings. Add that to the fact that Machida is now back in Dana's dog house and needs to fight again before getting a title shot and I think you've got some good logic for that fight.

Dana pretty much said in the interview i posted earlier that the Jones/Sonnen fight will happen- so the Griffiths/Sonnen match for a title shot makes sense....lets hope that Griffiths pulls off the win, then we will see how Baldilocks gets his golden boy to fight Jones

ay chael does get alot further then similarly talented fighters.. but yall gotta stop acting like his last two losses wasnt to the goat and like he is some type of can.. this isnt tank abbot.. kinda like a kenny florian type of move, if the current champ wasnt there then they are the clear cut successor so they try and find em a way to grab a title
Rampage still has some of the best tdd in MMA. He had two bad knees in the Bader fight and could barely put any weight on them. He had to have surgery on BOTH knees after the fight. He'd kill Chael. That's like saying a guy with two broken hands during a fight striking has gone to shyt because he wasn't throwing.
