These MMA dudes are risking their lives for chump change...I made more than the average MMA fighter as physical therapist, and I had the freedom to run my programs as chose fit...

I hate watching TUF and hearing those dudes talk about "I am fighting for my family" nonsense...Get a professional career and your family will eat well without you taking the risk of turning into a vegetable in your old age...

You fight for yourself dummy...:russ:

He was headline for a cancel PPV. Considering where he is career wise it sounds in line for Zuffa.

Make $10,000 to get your jaw broken :snoop:

Unless you plan on using the fame you get from fighting to open your own gym or pursue another business venture you have to be an idiot to take that chump change. Dudes are taking years off of their lives to get McDonald's money.

His initial fight contract most likely also gave him a % of ppv buys. Since this fight got scrapped from PPV he had the choice to pull out of the fight and wait for a new matchup or card, or go headline a tv card and hopefully gain some exposure and cash in on a future fight after your exposure. This is all business 101 from both sides. He prolly also got some extra tv add rev % money up front which is quite normal.

Because he got Ko'd by a former kickboxing champ who we know has lethal striking power?

Rothwell is clever and huge but his striking is cringeworthy shyt and Junior will stay out of his clinch and outbox him all night.

#gypsymagic

You do realize that same Kickboxing champ got KO'd badly by Rothwell right? JDS is not the same fighter. His speed is gone. Still can't fight going backwards. Chin might be gone. Cain took years off his fight career. I don't see him winning
