174 is dope imo. The main event is kind of ehh. I don't think Ali will have much of anything for Mighty Mouse, but who knows. The rest of the main card has the potential to be fun though. Shame the Main Event is killing the buzz. If you threw a HW or LHW main event on this card i bet people would be hype.

MAIN CARD
Pay-per-view, 10 p.m. ET
Demetrious Johnson vs. Ali Bagautinov
for flyweight title
Rory MacDonald vs. Tyron Woodley
Ryan Bader vs. Rafael Cavalcante
Andrei Arlovski vs. Brendan Schaub
Ryan Jimmo vs. Ovince Saint Preux
PRELIMINARY CARD
FX, 8 p.m. ET
Kiichi Kunimoto vs. Daniel Sarafian
Valerie Letourneau vs. Elizabeth Phillips
Mike Easton vs. Yves Jabouin
Kajan Johnson vs. Tae Hyun Bang
PRELIMINARY CARD
UFC Fight Pass, 7 p.m. ET
Roland Delorme vs. Michinori Tanaka
Jason Saggo vs. Josh Shockley

Prelims are absolutely terrible. Main card is alright, it has the potential to have some really great fights/results, but it can also turn out to be terrible. Rooting for Feijao, T-Wood and Arlovski to pull of KOs.

I actually think the main card for 174 looks great but I gotta work so....I ain't coppin' that sheit.

Did yall hear Chael @ the end of "UFC Tonight"?:

"I retired tonight but I already quit against Rashad." :mjlol:

How can yall not lke Sonnen? Good fighter...great talker...and even now as an analyst, is always surrounded in a swirl of fukkery. :smugdraper:Overall...I'm gonna say he's good for the sport.:ld:
a habitual cheater with a penchant for spouting borderline racist rhetoric who was indicted for real estate fraud. Good for the sport? He's not even a good human being
:why:

ahh the old randy couture schtick, mostly accept fights against "named" fighters so a loss can always be dressed up as "well look at the fighters he faced".Dude really wasnt that good he was a juicer with a big mouth highly favoured by cacs thirsty for an idol :camby:

He wasn't amazing or anything, but still a good fighter. He has wins over Shogun, Stann, Bisping, Filho, Okami & Marquardt (all ranked wins).

Nick just wants to get paid. I think the rumor was he wants $500,000 per fight. I don't think Dana will cave in to his demands but fans couldnt ask for a better fight for Anderson to take for his comeback. Hopefully they get it done somehow.
with Chael leaving, and not having very many more ppv draws, nick diaz has definitely gained some leverage.

A popular, top notch fighter like Nick Diaz has to beg for 500k....

The selfish fight fan in me is glad that MMA has fight leagues where fighters all fight under 1 banner. It makes it easier to make fights. But when you have Nick Diaz trying to make half a million and he's a main eventer, well-known and he's been in the sport for about 15 yrs....It makes me understand why MMA fighters are always talking about taking boxing matches.

Not a GSP fan...but he's the biggest draw in the sport....he needs to do how the boxers do since he not w/ the UFC anymore and promote his own fights and only fight where he knows he will sell out(Canada, hopefully some day New York, France, maybe Vegas).

These mma guys need to start doing their own shyt.
