Not really. Just because House of Cards and OITNB kick started their shows off with 13 episodes 3 years ago doesn't mean these superhero shows have to stick to that. Especially since there usually isn't enough story to justify it.

Jessica Jones should have been like 8 max. Stranger things was 8 and it was perfect. And 10 episodes has worked well for Narcos. Even Daredevil season 2 which I loved was about one ep too long.

The length been the one common complaint against these Marvel netflix shows.
