Main gripe about the N4 is that the battery life is absolutely awful. Has this been corrected...?

No AMOLED no buy for me. Only thing I was looking forward to was the Active Notification on the AMOLED to be brought over from the 4. Had my fingers crossed that it was going to happen but LG doesn't fukk with AMOLED technology. This just confirms it.

The only reason I bought a Pebble Watch is to reduce the amount of times I have to turn the backlight on on my HTC One.

Oh well. I'll wait for the Nexus 6 or the iPhone 6.

Still waiting for Google to make its often-leaked Nexus 5 official? Sit tight -- one leak suggests the device's unveiling could be just around the corner. The latest render from @evleaks shows a two-toned Nexus 5 with a white backplate, but the post's text is even more revealing: "In white," it says. "11/1." It's definitely a vague statement, but in light of Google Play's recent product page leak, an early November launch would be right on schedule. The latest rumors and leaks promise a device with a 4.95-inch 1080p display, a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 CPU and LTE available in both 16 and 32GB models and, apparently, in black or white. Reportedly starting at $349, it certainly has our attention. We'll let you know when we hear something official.

droid brehs, was the nexus 4 (2100mah) battery really that bad? is this based on stock? what about battery life through custom roms/kernels? (2300mah does seem a bit low for them powerful ass hardware though)

People exxagerate about the battery...my nexus 4 battery lasts longer than my previous galaxy s3 and MUCH better than my previous galaxy nexus. I get about 4hours of onscreen time and about 12-16 hours of total battery daily and I bounce from normal/heavy use throughout the day.

nikka...nobody cares about Windows phones. Take yo hatin ass somewhere :camby:

nikka this is a serious question. How many mAHs does a good android phone need to have? The Iphone 5 has around 2300 and the Nokia phones generally have around 2000 mAH. Or are you unable to have a legitimate discussion about your beloved Android phones without getting your panties in a wad?

2300 mAH is actually quite a bit of power compared to most phones. No one is "hating" idiot, calm down.

My N4 had great battery life on the stock rom which was a first for any android phone I've ever had. Doesn't hold a candle to my Lumia 920 but I used it way more and it never got hot either.

Was still holding out hope for a 3000 mAh battery in the 32 GB but that doesn't look like its gonna happen. Can't justify an extra 100 just for more storage when I got by fine with the 16GB N4....
