Liked and played both (beat Muramasa, barely scratched the surface of Odin Sphere). They're similar, but still fairly different kind of games. Muramasa is more action-adventure with RPG elements where as Odin Sphere is action RPG thru and thru. Muramasa can be beaten in about 20-30 hours with both characters. Odin Sphere is your standard, rpg length of 60-80+ hours. There's 5 characters that you take turns playing their stories in Odin Sphere (I think this redux or whatever added a 6th as well) and Muramasa only has the two (+ tehre's 1 more DLC one). They play moderately similar, with Odin Sphere relying on heavier RPG sentiments to carry out its action and Muramasa relies more on actions to go thru it. Both have interesting stories, but OS has heavier focus on its story.
