Wow that sucks, the target here specifially stated that it DOES NOT say what it can be applied to. The manager even said they "should have specified".

Who said it? The electronics department or the front register? Whoever denied you I would just go to the other. Or I would take the coupon to another Target store. There is only one Target store where I'm at so hopefully if it works this time they won't trip.
